Vegetarian Crockpot Supper

What's the difference between dinner and supper? There really isn't one to me, except that the word 'supper' just seems more relaxed and homey. For this cozy early spring supper, try Crockpot Black Bean Chili, which is rich with beans and onions, with the unexpected addition of apple juice. Serve it with Marinated Fresh Fruit Salad using the best fruits you can find in the market, and Mini Focaccia Bread for a bit of crunch. And for dessert, Brown Sugar Meringue Bars are sweet and easy.
