Savory Pork Chop Dinner

Spring is such a fickle time of year. After nice warm temperatures this week, now it's only in the 40s. So some warm comfort food is in order for dinner. Pork Chops with Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes is savory and delicious. Pair it with Artichoke Salad (just to remind everyone that it IS spring), and rich and creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fondue with strawberries and squares of pound cake for dipping.
