WIth leftover roast beef or sliced beef from the deli, this easy Beef Spinach Salad is fresh and delicious. Serve it with Soft Garlicky Breadsticks (one of my favorites) and rich, chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies for dessert.
