I'm enjoying my grill so much these days. We've had a beautiful spring so far and everything is green and fresh. So cooking dinner outside is part of the celebration! Pepper Steak with Apricots can also be made with peaches or nectarines. Serve it with Basil Cheese Pull-Apart Breadsticks and Herbed Spinach Salad. Grilled Angel Food Cake with Fruit Salsa completes your al fresco feast.
