Today's recipes include Debra's Boeuf en Brochette, which are skewers of tender marinated and grilled tenderloin cubes served with a rich red wine and tomato sauce. And for dessert why not try Brochettes de Poires, or Pear and Banana skewers which are drizzled lightly with a lemon/honey sauce spiked with Pastis. Very French!
