Ingredients:
- 3 cups rotini pasta
- 2 cups frozen baby peas
- 3 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 1-1/2 cups creamy roasted garlic salad dressing
Preparation:
In large pot of boiling water, cook rotini according to package directions. Place frozen peas in colander and drain rotini over the peas to thaw.Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add cooked and drained pasta and thawed peas and stir gently to coat. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
